How It Works
Add Google Analytics data to your Flashbox workspace with our built-in connector. Authenticate via OAuth, select your GA4 property from a dropdown, and choose pre-built report types or custom metrics. Your data flows automatically into workspace tables on your schedule. Combine it with other sources and build dashboards that tell the complete story.
Setting up Google Analytics access
Connect your Google account
Click "Connect Google Account" to sign in with OAuth. Use the Google account that has access to your GA4 property (Viewer access or higher required).
Enter your Property ID
After connecting, enter your GA4 Property ID - this is a numeric value like "123456789". Find it in Google Analytics: Admin (bottom left) > Property Settings > Property ID. The error message will guide you if the format is incorrect.
Select date range
In the same step, choose your date range from the dropdown: last 7/14/30/90/365 days, this/last month, or this/last year. Both Property ID and date range are configured together in Step 2.
Select reports to import
Choose from 6 pre-built reports: Traffic Overview, Pages, Traffic Sources, Geography, Devices, or Events. Click "Import" on each report you want - each creates a table in your workspace with automatic updates.
