Bring your MongoDB data into your Flashbox workspace with our built-in connector. Just paste your connection string — Flashbox auto-discovers your databases and collections. Pick what you need from the dropdowns and data syncs automatically to your workspace tables. Perfect for syncing app data to build dashboards combined with other business sources.
Setting up MongoDB access
Configure network access and create user
In MongoDB Atlas (cloud.mongodb.com): Go to Network Access and whitelist Flashbox IPs (74.220.49.0/24, 74.220.57.0/24). Then create a read-only database user with "Read any database" permission in Database Access.
Get your connection string
Click "Connect" on your cluster > "Connect your application" > Copy the connection string (mongodb+srv://...). Replace <username> and <password> with your read-only user credentials.
Enter connection string in Flashbox
Paste your connection string when prompted. Flashbox will connect to your cluster and automatically discover all available databases.
Select a database and collections to import
Pick your database from the dropdown, then choose which collections to import from the discovered list. Click "Import" on each collection - all documents will sync to your workspace. Nested documents are supported.
