How It Works
Bring Meta Ads data from Facebook & Instagram into your Flashbox workspace with our built-in connector. Authenticate via OAuth, select your ad account from a dropdown, and choose pre-built report types for campaigns, ad sets, or ads. Your data flows automatically into workspace tables. With your Meta ad data alongside other marketing sources, you can create dashboards that show the complete picture across all platforms.
Setting up Meta Ads access
Connect your Facebook account
Click "Connect with Facebook" to sign in with OAuth. Use the Facebook account that has access to your ad accounts (Advertiser access or higher required). You'll grant permissions for ads_read, read_insights, and business_management.
Select your ad account
After connecting, Flashbox will automatically discover all ad accounts you have access to. Select the ad account you want to import data from using the dropdown.
Select date range
Choose your date range from the dropdown: last 7/14/30/90 days, this/last month, or this/last year. This determines what historical data will be imported into your tables.
Select report types to import
Choose from pre-built report types: Campaigns (campaign performance metrics), Ad Sets (ad set level performance), Ads (individual ad performance), or Insights (detailed analytics with breakdowns). Click "Import" on each report you want - each creates a table in your workspace with automatic updates.
