How It Works

Bring your Supabase data into your Flashbox workspace with our built-in connector. Quick setup with your project URL and API key, select a specific table from a dropdown, and data syncs automatically to your workspace tables. Perfect for syncing app data to build dashboards combined with other business sources.

Setting up Supabase access

Get your Project URL

In Supabase Dashboard (app.supabase.com), go to Project Settings > API. Copy your Project URL (like https://xxxxx.supabase.co).

Create a dedicated Secret Key for Flashbox

In Project Settings > API, scroll to the "Secret Keys" section and click "Create new secret key". Give it a name like "Flashbox Integration". Secret keys bypass Row Level Security (RLS) policies, ensuring Flashbox can reliably fetch all your data. Creating a dedicated key allows you to revoke Flashbox access anytime by simply deleting this specific key.

Copy your new Secret Key

After creating the key, copy it immediately (starts with "sb_"). You won't be able to see it again. Store it securely - this key has full database access.

Enter credentials in Flashbox

Paste your Project URL and Secret Key when prompted. Flashbox will connect and automatically discover all tables in your public schema.

Select tables to import

Choose which tables you want to import from the discovered list. Click "Import" on each table - the entire table will sync to your workspace on your schedule. Use the "Refresh" button to refetch the table list if needed.
