Setting up Stripe access
Create a Restricted API Key
In Stripe Dashboard (dashboard.stripe.com), go to Developers > API Keys > Create restricted key. Give it a name like "Flashbox Analytics". Grant ONLY read permissions for: Customers, Subscriptions, Invoices, Charges, PaymentIntents, Products, Prices, Balance, Payouts, Disputes, and Coupons.
Enter your API key in Flashbox
Copy your restricted key (starts with "rk_live_" or "rk_test_") and paste it in Flashbox when prompted. We'll validate it and automatically discover available Stripe resources.
Select resources to import
Flashbox will show all available Stripe resources (customers, subscriptions, charges, invoices, etc.). Click "Import" on each resource you want - each creates a table in your workspace that syncs automatically.
